You have to love yourself to be able to love someone else.

Everything starts within you, it’s all about you, your thoughts, your feelings your vibrations. If you feel negative about you, you automatically will attract negative things. If you don’t love yourself and you think you are not worthy any good you will lose everything and you will experience rejection. I am writing this because I have so many examples around me that show me that we become and feel what we think. Nobody says that it is easy to always think positive! Everyone has his lows, it’s normal, it’s ok but we shouldn’t waste too much time and energy with negativity.  Don’t surround yourself with negative people\friends they just take all the energy from you and they upload you with all their negative garbage. You don’t want nor need that. Nobody does!

Here some quotes I like a lot from Stephen Richards:

  • When you do what you fear most, then you can do anything
  • The only time you fail is when you fall down and stay down
  • The discontent and frustration that you feel is entirely your own creation
  • You willed yourself to where you are today, so will yourself out of it
  • For us to regard others as worthy, we have to begin by regarding ourselves as worthy.
  • A thought is a Cosmic Order waiting to happen.
  • Manifesting is a lot like making a cake. The things needed are supplied by you, the mixing is done by your mind and the baking is done in the oven of the universe.
  • Inaction creates nothing. Action creates success.
  • Poverty: a temporary financial low, curable by money.
  • You tap in to this oneness and become part of the universe as a whole.

  • whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting
  • we are like magnets – like attract like. You become and attract what you think
  • every thought has a frequency. Thoughts send out a magnetic energy
  • your thoughts cause your feelings
  • happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances
  • It’s not “wishful” thinking

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

Let go things is something difficult to do and we should learn to let go as young as possible. I wonder when children/toddlers are ready to understand and learn not to hold on to materialistic things but to learn to let go like some of their toys for example.

Our whole life we need to let go things and it is so difficult because we tend the opposite, we love to hold on to things even to horde and here I am talking about materialistic things. We somehow think, especially in the western world, that the more we have the happier we are. But don’t we feel great every time we throw or give away some things if it’s from the closet, attic, garage or loft etc to have some space again? We do feel better, we feel kind of free, don’t we?

Sometimes we have to let go a friendship or a relationship which is a lot harder than materialistic things but if this person doesn’t give you anything positive anymore and becomes a drain of energy then we have to let go. The same happens with a job, you should love what you do and do what you love! Life is too short! The same happens with a plan or a project we have. If that what we planned is not working and we tried again and again and have done everything we could then it’s time to let go that plan. You are not giving up you are just changing your direction and there is nothing wrong with it.

There are so many sayings that in some kind of way have the same or very similar meaning: let go, take it easy, hang loose, suck it up,

Keep always in your mind: CHANGE IS EVOLUTION

There are many, many different types of Flower Arrangements. Some people like it colourful, some like it simple, others like it natural… It is amazing how much they can bring into a room and its decoration and that is not only the life they bring to it. Have a look at some of the examples I found in the Net and see what kind of Flowers and Arrangements you prefer.

Life is a song – sing it.
Life is a game – play it.
Life is a challenge – meet it.
Life is a dream – realize it.
Life is a sacrifice – offer it.
Life is love – enjoy it.

Integrate Yoga in your everyday life!

(In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the eightfold path is called ashtanga, which literally means “eight limbs” (ashta=eight, anga=limb). These eight steps basically act as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life.

They serve as a prescription for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline; they direct attention toward one’s health; and they help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.

The first limb, yama, deals with one’s ethical standards and sense of integrity, focusing on our behavior and how we conduct ourselves in life.) Yoga journal

Yama is about speaking and acting:

  • without violence
  • truthfull
  • without stealing

and noncovetousness, which practically means not to take, use or keep anything you don’t need.

Self-discipline, I think it is very important in our life, without it you can’t achive much.

Be aware of your breath. Breath in and out through your nose. Only if you are “overheated” or you want to cool down breath out trough your mouth.

Suck your belly in whenever you move or sit down.

keep your back straight!!

Relaxation is as important as work or exercise.

Never compare!

Be in the NOW, concentrate on what you are doing.

Respect yourself and others.

Stretch everything you can.

Believe. (in yourself,God,The One,The Universe)

Love what you do – and do what you love.

Yoga is life,love

NAMASTE; The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine Spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. In Sanskrit the word is namah + te = namaste (Devnagari/Hindi: नमः + ते = नमस्ते) which means “I bow to you” – my greetings, salutations or prostration to you.
