ALEX KANEVSKY

American contemporary classical painter with an impressionistic “motion blurred” of style of oil painting. I hadn’t heard of him before and I really like his style and colours…. I love his paintings! Here are just a few examples of his great collection of paintings. Great artist, I couldn’t find anything about him though (bio).

THYPOGRAPHY

I love typography and found these rugs surfing around in the net. They look pretty cool but yes, you might have to keep the surroundings very clear and maybe white to make them look that super cool. I still love them though… From LinusDean.

I think black and white photography is beautiful art. Colours play an important role in how we perceive the world around us. So when you choose to shoot a photograph in black and white, it drastically changes what’s in front of the lens. Without color, other elements of the photograph take on a bigger role in telling the story. Notice how lighting, contrast, and composition are much more important in these beautiful examples of black and white photography.

Here are some beautiful pictures from Joerg Reichardt.

TYPOGRAPHY

I found this great piece of art surfing around on designmodo.com. There are a few typographic portraits and this one is one of my favourites. Maybe because I like the character (the Joker) and most of all the actor.

As on anterior posts, I love mexican colours. Here some more.

Typography
I am a designer and I am fascinated by typography, especially because it’s not my strength. I admire people who have a great sense of typography as it really brings things to life.

I love the modern feel of this layout,
